Every property has a different “pet load.” We offer flexible scheduling ranging from 1x to 3x weekly visits. For established, high-occupancy properties, we typically recommend a minimum of 2x weekly service to stay ahead of the maintenance burden and resident complaints.

Yes. We offer a “Full Station Management” package where we handle everything: removing waste, deodorizing the bin, and restocking liners/bags. You never have to worry about your maintenance team checking stations again.

We begin with a brief Site Walkthrough. We’ll map out your high-traffic zones, assess the condition of current stations, and provide a tailored proposal within 24 hours. We can typically board a new property into our GPS routing system within 7 days of a signed agreement.

We use the Sweep&Go transparency platform. Every visit is GPS-verified. Upon completion, you will receive an automated “Proof of Service” report containing a time-stamped photo of serviced stations. Service is also monitored by GPS, a cleaning visit will not log if not in proximity to the community.
