Service Terms & Conditions:
By initiating service with We’re Full of it, both parties agree to the following terms:
1. Pricing & Initial Service: Online quotes are estimates based on standard lots (under 0.25 acres). We reserve the right to adjust pricing for oversized lots, steep inclines, or heavily wooded areas. If the property has not been professionally maintained within the last 14 days, an Initial Cleanup Fee will be applied to cover the additional labor and disposal weight.
2. Access & Safety: Clients must provide safe, unobstructed access to the service area. Aggressive dogs must be secured indoors during service. If we are unable to access the yard due to locked gates, animals, or other obstructions, Client will be notified and charged for the attempted visit.
3. Quality & Landscaping: Our technicians focus exclusively on pet waste. To ensure a 100% clear rate, yards must be free of tall grass (over 6”), heavy leaf accumulation, or construction debris; we cannot guarantee results if waste is obscured by overgrowth.
4. Scheduling & Weather: We operate in most conditions, but inclement weather may make a scheduled cleanup hazardous or impossible. In such events, we will service your yard as soon as conditions allow. If your pets will be away (vacation, etc.) and you wish to pause billing, please notify us in advance to avoid unnecessary charges.
5. Liability & Waste: Waste will be removed and disposed of off-site. We’re Full of it assumes no liability for damages to yards, gates, pets, or other personal property occurring during the normal course of service.
6. Billing & Termination: Clients must provide prompt payment of all balances and immediate notification of changes to the number of pets. Fees and promotions are subject to change with at least two (2) weeks’ notice. Either party may terminate service in writing at any time, with all unpaid balances due within 15 days of the final service.
