Zero Micromanaging: We hate being hovered over as much as you do. We provide the tech and the route, then we stay out of your way so you can focus on the work.
Flexible (Within the Window) Schedule: You basically set your own hours as long as the work is finished while the property offices are open (typically between 9 am – 6 pm). You’ll know where you need to go for the day and the most efficient way to get there—as long as the properties are pristine before the offices close, the rest of the day is yours to manage.
